We visited Six Flags Magic Mountain for Fright Fest today, to bring you a update on all the park happenings, ride closures, and more, as of October 23, 2015!
So without further ado, let’s start this park update!
We first went to see what the status was on The New Revolution but that’s a separate update. If you want to check out that update, You can click here.
We then went to go ride X2 which was a 20-30 minute wait. Not a bad wait.
After we rode X2, we started to head down the hill, near Lex Luthor: Drop of Doom, and Goliath.
On the way there, we stopped by Bugs Bunny World, and we found out this:
Road Runner Express is closed due to maintenance. Expect it to open within the next 2-3 weeks.
Whistlestop park’s train is having problems, there is caution tape, along with barricades blocking off part of Whistlestop park:
We then went to go ride “The Monster Coaster, With the monster drop.” a.k.a. Goliath. Which had a 15 minute wait, not bad.
After we finished riding Goliath, we went to Lex Luthor: Drop of Doom!
A visit to Six Flags Magic Mountain wouldn’t be complete without riding The world’s most innovative hybrid coaster: Twisted Colossus!
After a ride on Twisted Colossus, we went to the other side of the park near Viper, X2, and Tatsu.
I really don’t know why this coaster gets so much hate. It’s a great ride.
I didn’t ride Tatsu, but I still got some pretty amazing pictures of it:
The sun was nearly set, you know what that means…. it’s almost time for Fright Fest!
Since it wasn’t time for Fright Fest just yet. I took some time just taking pictures. So here’s a picture of Tatsu!
Well, the sun had set. That meant it was time for the ghouls to come out!
Once Fright Fest started, I decided to go over and check out Sinister Circuit. Which was awesome!
After watching the songs that go on in Sinister Circuit for awhile, we headed over to ride Twisted Colossus in the dark!
After that, it was almost time to leave the park.
But before we left, we stopped to watch a little bit of Voodoo Nights:
Voodoo Nights is awesome! It is definitely a must watch when visiting Fright Fest.
Even though this isn’t a Fright Fest review. I highly recommend that you visit Fright Fest this year. But hurry, Fright Fest ends Nov. 1!
Let’s end this park update with a epic picture taken in the demons door scare zone!
